Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("You," "User") and NET1Plus LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, doing business as Travel More Mobile RV Services and Travel More RV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Fuel Dashboard website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may know us primarily through our "Travel More RV" branding, including our YouTube channel and related content, and/or Travel More Mobile RV Services. Travel More Mobile RV Services and Travel More RV are trade names of NET1Plus LLC. NET1Plus LLC is the entity you are contracting with under these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Fuel Dashboard allows commercial drivers and RV owners to upload fuel-discount settlement documents from fuel discount program providers (such as Open Roads, Mudflap, and others), so that the Service can extract transaction data using automated tools, including AI-assisted data extraction, and present a dashboard summarizing fuel purchases, discounts, and estimated savings.

The Service is a reporting and organizational tool. It is not a source of truth for your fuel purchases, discounts, taxes, or accounting records. See Section 8 (Data Accuracy; No Financial Advice) below.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Age and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us promptly at support@travelmorerv.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account, Personal Use

Accounts are for individual use tied to a single user identity.

4. Beta Service Disclosure

The Service, or portions of it, may be designated as a "Beta," "Early Access," or similar pre-release version. You acknowledge that a Beta version:

• may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in data extraction, calculation, or display;
• may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice or liability;
• is provided with no uptime, support, or data-retention commitments beyond what is stated in these Terms; and
• is provided strictly AS IS and AS AVAILABLE as described in Section 10, with the disclaimers in that section applying with full force during any Beta period.

We may invite selected users to Beta access without charge, at our sole discretion, and may condition continued access on transition to a paid plan once one becomes available.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

5.1 Free and Paid Tiers

The Service may be offered under a free tier, a paid subscription tier, or both, as described on our pricing page at the time of your signup. We may introduce, modify, or discontinue tiers at our discretion, with reasonable notice for any change materially affecting existing paid subscribers.

5.2 Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate, until you cancel. We do not store your full payment card information; it is handled directly by our payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@travelmorerv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.

5.5 No Refunds

Except as required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or early cancellation.

5.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing prospectively. We will provide notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers, who may cancel before the new price applies.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

"User Content" means the documents you upload, including settlement PDFs, and any information, files, or data you submit to the Service.

6.2 License Grant

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, extract data from, transmit, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. We do not claim ownership of your underlying fuel purchase or business data.

6.3 Responsibility for Content

You represent that you have the right to upload and share the documents you submit, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or any law.

6.4 AI Processing

The Service uses third-party AI models, including models hosted via Amazon Bedrock, to extract data from your uploaded documents. You acknowledge that your User Content will be transmitted to and processed by these third-party AI providers for that purpose, subject to the data handling terms described in our Privacy Policy.

6.5 Data Isolation

We maintain logical separation of each user's data within the Service. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload documents you do not have the right to upload, or documents containing another person's data without authorization;
• use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• use automated means, including scraping or bots, to access the Service outside of any API we may officially provide; or
• upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to compromise the Service's security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Data Accuracy; No Financial Advice

8.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service extracts and calculates data from documents using automated tools, including AI-based extraction. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted transaction data, discount calculations, or savings totals are complete, current, or error-free. Source documents from your fuel discount program provider (such as Open Roads, Mudflap, and others) remain the authoritative record.

8.2 Your Responsibility to Verify

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any figures shown in the Service against your original settlement documents, bank records, or statements before relying on them for accounting, tax, reimbursement, or business decisions.

8.3 Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The Service is an organizational and reporting tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions involving your finances or taxes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, excluding your User Content, is owned by NET1Plus LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

"Fuel Dashboard," "Travel More Mobile RV Services," "Travel More RV," and associated logos are trade names and/or trademarks of NET1Plus LLC. You may not use these names or marks without our prior written consent.

The Service may reference or display third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos — including those of fuel discount programs, fuel providers, and truck stop or travel center brands that appear in your uploaded statements or extracted transaction data. Such marks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to or display of a third-party mark within the Service is for identification purposes only, is used without that owner's express permission, and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or other relationship with that owner. All rights, title, and interest in and to those marks are reserved by their respective owners, and nothing in these Terms grants you or us any license or other right to use them.

11. Limitation of Liability

If you have paid us any fees for the Service, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. If you have used the Service exclusively on a free or complimentary basis and have not paid us any fees for the Service, our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms will not exceed $0.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NET1Plus LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion, including discontinuation of the Service.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6.2 as to already-processed data, 9-12, 14, and 15, will survive.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You and NET1Plus LLC agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14.4 Jury Trial Waiver

To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by email or in-app notification, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

15.7 Notices

15.8 Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and NET1Plus LLC.

15.9 Communications; Marketing Preferences

By creating an account, you consent to receive administrative and transactional communications from us electronically, including by email, related to your account and use of the Service — such as confirmations of document uploads, data deletion or retention-related notices, account status or closure confirmations, security alerts, and notices of material changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy. These communications are necessary to operate the Service and are not marketing; you cannot opt out of them while you maintain an active account.

You may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from us, such as newsletters, product announcements, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages or through your account settings, without affecting your ability to use the Service or your receipt of the administrative and transactional communications described above.
